Availability and payment

Transportation is available by confirmed booking. We recommend booking in advance. Same-day requests can be considered; call 240-640-1212 so we can review availability and make the necessary arrangements.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. We do not accept insurance or Medicaid.

What happens after your request?

1. We review your trip. AmeriCare checks the route, travel date, assistance needs and vehicle availability. For same-day requests, call us directly.

2. You receive a personalized quote. We explain the total fare, the trip legs and waiting time included, the loading-fee deposit, and any agreed additional charges before you commit.

3. We confirm your booking. After you accept the quote and arrange the deposit, AmeriCare sends your booking confirmation with pickup and return details. A form submission or payment alone does not confirm a ride.
